So can you give me example of say how making baby food works??? It's chops the veggies and everything right??? I can't find anything online to read.
(I've got a friend who made a few things in hers like custard and sorbet.)

Chops it, then cooks it then I guess you can purée it further if you want.
I guess it depends on what exactly you are making.

Sounds a lot easier than chopping myself, cooking then putting in food processor! And quicker I guess.
Thanks! I need to do more googling!

I don't have a thermomix (yet!) but love everyone's photos on FB....I just wanted to ask, how many people could you make a meal for in it? We are a family of 7 but three of the kids are under 5, the 7 year old isn't a big eater and I would most likely not be eating the same meal as everyone else (vego.) Do you think a hot meal made in the thermomix would feed everyone? Thanks!

Refresh - it s a 2L bowl...it feeds our family of 5 with enough left over for DP to take to work and me to have for lunch OR for us to have as an entire left over for dinner (if it is something that is served with rice & veg for example).
Pretty sure there is a vego cookbook too!

How much meat do you use per meal? Most recipes call for 500g you could bump it up a little bit though.

Does anyone have a great satay chicken recipe they can recommend? I've googled but so many come up and they are very different - some don't even have peanuts!

Anyluck on finding the satay chicken recipe Pesca?

I have just received my Thermy and have been cooking up a storm! I have tried the strog, apricot chicken risotto, creamy tomato and salami fettucini, made my own pasta sauce and white sauce for a lasagne, custard, fruit whip and chopped up a heap of vegies for sausage rolls.

Any ideas on what to try next or some new recipes people have tried with great success?

Does anyone have the meat for mains? Is it any good?
