I made the double choc muffins out of the Devil of a Cookbook this morning - they are the nicest chocolate muffins I've ever eaten. They're so light and airy and aren't too sweet. Yum!

I'm cooking Beef Rendang from EDC and there's no mention of it - does that then mean 'no' unless specified?

I have not gone a day without using the thermy since getting it!

Today it whipped up pikelet batter for breakfast, Pizza dough (grated the mozz & tasty cheese for pizzas and chopped bacon in it too) for dinner. lemonade to go with dinner.

Kneaded up some wholewheat dough while I was doing the post dinner clean up...used leaft over tom sauce, bacon & cheese to make some bacon & cheese rolls for the kids to snack on /take to school.

then - I got a coffee craving [don't normally drink coffee] instead of sending DP to maccas for a frappe I whipped us up a spumone al caffe - Oh my FREAKING Gawd -- that was delicious!!

    sitting down happily patting belly

Same here FITB. I've only had mine for 6 days and I have been using it on average 5-6 time a day. For dinner tonight I made cauliflower and leek soup and some pizza dough for a garlic herb pizza to go with the soup. It was so nice.

I had my varoma demo yesterday and ordered my second bowl at half price, it was a good day but I'm so pleased to have all the demos out of the way now. I only had the varoma demo so that I could get the extra bowl.

How was the lemonade FITB? Did you use the carbonated mineral water so that it had some fizz?

This was our second lot of lemonade. the first we just used cold tap water, was very refreshing (will be awesome in summer)..tonight I used home brand 89cent sparklng mineral water... I pressed the turbo button a few more times and added an extra lemon - nothin' wrong with a bit of extra VIT C in winter ...was lemony goodness!

My varoma/get a second bowl demo is booked for the 17th.
