Wow awesome. We've been thinking about buying a mix. I haven't yet seen one in action but I really want to. We held off on buying a nespresso for this very reason. Plus my youngest son has a peanut allergy so it would make cooking a lot less stressful. Do you know any consultants in Perth?

I do know someone in Vic Park she will travel a little bit (I'm near Rockingham and she was happy to travel here). We only got the nespresso machine because we traded in DFs frequent flyer points for it so it only cost us the shipping lol. If you are happy for me to pass on your details just pop me a pm and I will send them to her otherwise just have a look on the thermomix website and send your details that way

Have any of you thermomix loving hubbers tried to make baby rusks in your thermie? I've read reviews saying that the rusk recipe in the EDC is a bit of a fail but can't find any amendments or alternative recipes. Any advice?

I'm finally getting my thermy on Friday so excited....

So I plan on cooking up a storm this long weekend. What are some simple recipes you would recommend for a first timer to try?
