As far as dinners in the thermomix go I don't really follow their recipes, I just find something that is similar and use the time and speed as my guide for cooking the same meals I used to make before the Thermomix. It works well and saves me a bunch of time!!

Pesca we are a family of 5 and we are big eaters, especially DH and I but I find I can cook an adequate amount of food for all of us for one night in the thermomix. I make my soups on the stove too because I like soups tolast for two dinners and what it makes in the thermomix gives us one night.

I had pretty well stopped using it for dinners cause I was getting bored of the same pastas and risottos.

I recently bought the Meat on the Menu cookbook, & soooo glad i did! Some of our new favs are
    - chicken & rocket sausages
    - lamb meatballs
    - curried chicken salad
    - pesto chicken parcels
    - Moroccan lamb
    - chicken & prunes
    - chicken enchiladas

Definitely worth getting the book if you don't have it.

Dh loves the 'magic machine' and no longer thinks I am insane for blowing 2k on it.

Gluten free pasta in the bean sauce = fail
