Beef and Guinness stew tonight in the thermomix and OH EM GEE its amazing, recipe from the forum, i only used cheap cuts of meat and cant believe how tender it is with such little cooking time.
Beef Rendang is on the menu tomorrow night and thai chicken curry on friday

Made the quick chocolate cake from the EDC but it turned out really really soft, not the biggest fan as i like my choc cakes really dense and rich

I suppose it depends on the way you cook and how you'd use it but I've had mine since November 2010 and still use it multiple times a day
