Try Baf's chicken in the varoma on the forumthermomix site.
What about homemade pizzas? You can do the dough in the thermomix.
A chilli con carne?
I saw a pad Thai recipe on one of the forums.

I don't use mine for mains that much though. More bread, yoghurt, cakes, etc.

Had my Thermomix demo today!! Now I can't wait to get itAnother 3 guests bought one and one is having a demo of her own to get one with the hose rewards. My consultants most successful demo yet

Wow your consultant would be very happy, Areca!!
I made my first green smoothie the other day and it's true you can't taste the spinach! Only took me about 5 months to brave it lol. Even my 3yo, who hates fresh fruit and veg, sucked it back and asked for more
Made Quirky's fried rice for dinner on Fri (leftovers last night). Tonight is mini frittatas so will grate some cheese and mix the egg and cream in Sir Mixalot. Tomorrow I am thinking pizza mmmm, I love how easy it is to make the dough and it's SO much nicer than the chain stores.
Oh also, yesterday I made a delicious sauce - Honey Ginger BBQ sauce from the tickofyum site (which won't load atm). It was a few steps as I had to make the ketchup from the Everyday Cookbook first but it is really yummy and my house smelt divine all arvo
And my DH is home from the mines this week so I am planning to do these Chicken Kiev one night: http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/node/17594
YUM YUM YUM gosh I just love my thermy so much lol
