    1.2 kg last week and 400g this week, so 1.6 all up in two weeks.
    Not a bad start.

    I haven't been following the meal plans, as it not really my style of food, and I'm breastfeeding and don't want to restrict my calories too much.
    But I have started running again, for the first time in years.

    That's awesome Bugsy, well done!

    I lost 600g this week, which I think I can blame on AF. But we've been walking nearly every second night which is pretty good for me!

    I was bad yesterday and ate an icecream, so I definitely paid for it and only lost 400g. Ahhh well, a loss is a loss.
