I had it for nearly 15 years now I just want it to happen.
Isn't that the worst? The long wait to TTC in the first place! For some similar and some different reasons I've been waiting to TTC for at least 3 years now, ugh! And now that we have started, even though I know DP wants it, I have a little voice in the back of my head telling me that I want it more...annoying!

Another thing I hate is...not being able to talk to my friends/family about it. I don't want all the questions so I keep mum but it's hard when it's all I think about half the time. Glad I can come to this forum at least!

that hits like a nerve............ people mean well and have no idea what you're currently going through. boy does it hurt.

oh and i agree with ALL OF THE ABOVE about TTC.

plus let me add one more thing, being told 'that's coz she's an only child' (when your toddler hasnt wanted to share a toy with her cousin). i could have punched my SIL in the guts then and there for saying that. she's not an only child out of our choice, we have been wanting another bub since oct 2010 when we started TTC again, biiiiiiyutch

I'm sitting on the bus, and have just gone through my old suburb where I grew up. Fairly well off, lots of big houses and high-middle income earners. A girl, all of about 16 at most, gets on the bus pushing a baby in a pram. Cue the jealous evil monster! Argh!

Try being a teacher, and the girl that left to have a baby in year 9 returns and says how much she loves her baby... Then the next day be toldthat a yr 12 girl is now expecting. Oh, and not to mention having ANOTHER friend announce their 2nd pregnancy all in the same week... I feel great ... :s

Thing I hate most ... being so emotional ALL. THE. TIME. I never used to cry much and now it seems like all I do, no matter the time of the month!

Feeling like a failure at the end of every month.

Having no control over any of it!

Driving myself crazy trying to work out what is the right thing to do, after too much time 'researching' on the internet. So... I have cut back on exercise, caffeine (never had much of that anyway), and alcohol, and am now really miserable about it as been TTC for a loooong time. Wouldn't mind acting as if I were pregnant if that was actually the case, but it's kind of rubbing salt in the wound at the moment - and taking away my best stress relievers (glass of wine/ gym session)! And then other people saying that what I'm doing is unnecessary and will cause more stress - which is bad too. So.. just - arghhh.

And definitely the lack of control! Not just over the outcome, but over not being able to make firm plans for the coming weeks/ months.
