My DS is 6 months old and we have just come back from 2 weeks in Perth.
He adjusted well to the Perth find Zone but are having troubles adjusting back to Sydney time. It's 3 hours difference.
So I'm finding when he goes down at 7pm he sleeps for 1-2 hours then wants to get up for 2 hours before having his night sleep.
Any suggestions on how to adjust back?
He's still waking at 7am after going down at 10-11pm so I don't really want to wake him 3 hours earlier...
