I love The Shining but didn't find either movie (original and remake) frightening.

I know about The Girl Next Door and there's no way I'll ever watch it It sounds terrifyingly heartbreaking.

I generally don't get freaked out but Manson Family freaked me and couldn't watch it until the end.

My faves are Paranormal Activity 1.. the other 2 had their moments but just weren't as good as the first. The Strangers because all it takes is a couple of messed up people for this to actually happen. Insidious was pretty good.. but it lost me somewhere towards the end. Cloverfield was a MAJOR disappointment.

I am Legend is pretty good though I'm not sure it's classed as horror.

I love horror movies and the scarier they are the better. I remember babysitting my 2 younger sisters when I was about 12 and watching the exorcist..lol... responsible parenting.

I love Stephen King's books, but his horror movies just don't do it for me.

My mum went to see the Exorcist when it first came out and she was 17. It scared the living hell out of her so much that she slept in between her parents for weeks!! And she never let me see it either, so I am 32 and have never seen The Exorcist at all

So I you tube that scene with the stairs, OMFG.... I dont think I want to watch it even now!!

This is so my brain has time to go from "OMFG THE DOOR MOVED I'M GONNA DIE" to "Hey, ghost movies aren't scary. I'm not scared. I'm brave"

    It's a good system.
I will try this system as DP hates sleeping with the light on hahahahah
