    Default Sleepover: What to cook?

So dd has a kid from next door sleeping over, and I don't know what to cook. Was thinking potato bake or pasta bake with salad, or will I stick to the original plan of zucchini slice, mash, and boiled veges? What is kid friendly, but still gluten free and vegetarian?

Maybe go the pasta bake? We serve zucchini slice at work it never goes down to well the for the kids having the first time iykwim

Could you ask her mum what veggies she eats? I would think the veggies and mash wouldn't be a problem though. Do you eat cheese or no animal products at all? Maybe a veggie lasagna?

    Sorry I'm not more help

Maybe a veg pasta. We made a creamy one already this week, but maybe a bolognese type one would work.

Also do you serve juice or anything when kids are over, or just the usual water? Her sister slept over once, or at least tried to, but it was at the last minute and I had already started to cook a stir fry. She turned her nose up at it and went home. She didn't sleepover after that, and I don't want a repeat of that.

Personally I'm not huge on juice with dinner for dd for regular meals. On the weekends she is allowed water downed juice.
Maybe have some water and some water down juice as a special occasion sort of thing
    Good luck

We rarely have juice. Last time I bough juice it was to use with malibu, apart from the servo when I buy a drink with fuel.

Ok, this may be a stupid question, but can vego nachos be gluten free?

I used to LOVE sharing nachos with my friends when they came over
