I regret buying a Mini Monkey sling it was too big and awkward to use. But I LOVED my Hug-a-bub, ring sling, Kozy and Beco Butterfly 2 (can you tell I love baby wearing???)
Also we were given a horrible plastic mobile for the cot. Yuck yuck yuck.
Oh that reminds me,I bought a bubba moe sling, must be like the mini monkey I think, awful awful awful, my ring sling that doesn't have the padded edges is so much nicer when bubs was little but I do prefer a stretch wrap like a hug a bub or even a woven wrap.

Also I found with the colic ones that if you do it up really tight then twist it back a little and tighten it again slightly it helps... Sorry if it sounds confusing... Hope this helps!!!
Thank you thank you thank you!!! I would always put the ring in the bottle, not the lid!!! No leaks today :-D

Small bottles are useless over time, just buy large.

No problems with Advent bottles here but mine are all new.

I regret buying a baby bjorn carrier(she doesnt fit, at 11 weeks) , 0000 suits, orthopaedic dummies (she hates them), tiny socks, tiny hats, and basically anything tiny as my baby was unexpectedly 11lb (5kg) and never got to wear them

Nappy disposal system. We used it until we ran out of the cannisters and we decided that the nappy bag things were just as good (and cheaper)

    Too many clothes
    Too many blankets
    Too many socks

We use our change table and our vibrating bouncer which Dd loves as she likes being up right.

As a PP mentioned, some things you don't know that you won't need/baby won't like until you've bought it unfortunately.

Oh and dummies and too many bottles. She's breastfed and we use the milk storage cups as bottles when I express and we've never given her a dummy (yet)
