    I had a bleed at 5 weeks, u/s showed sac and that was it. I had another bleed at 6w4 days and the u/s then showed the tear. It was still visible at 10 week u/s but from memory was okay at 13 weeks. I was told that they either repair themselves or you have a m/c and there is not much you can do. My GP said that there is not much you can do about it, and I could continue to exercise if I wanted to but resting would be better. I chose to rest and not risk it.
