    DD2 - 2 days. Yep.
    DS - A bit longer, a week.

But, I've always been thin, no matter what I ate. If I get sick I lose weight, and I tend to stick around the same number once I'm better. I'd love to be able to gain weight easily without being pregnant but it doesn't seem possible.
Ok, so i totally hate you

Default How long did it take to lose your baby weight?

First DD took me years! Second is 7 wks old, I've lost 13 kg since I was full term, so 5 kg off pre preg weight, but I was a good 20kg overweight to start with, and I'm determined to lose it!

Dd1 it took maybe 2 weeks and I didn't do any exercise or watched what I ate.

Dd2 about 4 weeks and I used the exercise bike a little each day but was eating really healthy I was breast feeding an was craving fresh veggies and fruit all the time
Both times I only gained 10-12kgs

    15 months after DS1 (I put on over 30kgs). 4 months after DS2 (I put on 4kgs). He's now 7 months and I'm 7 kilos lighter than when I fell pregnant.

About a week and I was back to where I started. I only put on 9kgs though so it was mostly baby, placenta, fluid etc. I didn't gain any fat so to speak.

To get back to where I was when I fell pregnant I think it took me about 5 months of dedicated dieting. But I was already overweight when I started. Eventually I lost another 15kg but that was to get under my starting weight.

Oh and I gained 20kg during the pregnancy.
