Got some wonderful news! I am 7 weeks today and we had our first scan this morning. We saw our perfect little bean with a strong heartbeat of 138 bpm. Bub is measuring 2 days ahead at 7 wks 2 days and we were told all looks perfect. We are so relieved, excited and over the moon. So far so good!! I'm hoping this pregnancy will work out for us. I'm having repeat bloods tomorrow just to check HCG and progesterone levels again. I'm sure it should be fine given the Prog injections I am now on. And we're seeing Dr Nick on Monday. I'm soooo sooo happy today, the feeling is undescribable!! I'm at work so will try write more later

Hi ladies. I thought I'd join in this group. This week we finally got our long awaited BFP.

We started IVF in March 2009 and 7 ICSI cycles on our own with all bad results we tried a donor egg (from my angel of a sister) and have finally been blessed.

I am still cautiously happy and anxiously awaiting the second blood test next week. My HCG on my first blood test yesterday was 3693, which I have been assured is a strong number for 2 weeks post transfer.

I will read back and try and catch up on where everyone is at.

KtKing congratulations!!!! Your HCG levels are really good but I understand how it can be an anxious time. Welcome to the thead although there hasn't been a lot of action in here since I joined.

    Hi ladies

I've been a bit tied up over the past couple of weeks. Our beautiful daughter Emily Rose was born last Tuesday, 23rd October. She is tiny, weighing 2.65kg but she's perfect. Now we're just trying to settle into life at home - it still feels quite bizarre!

Congrats Mary - I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly.

I hope everyone else is well.
