Thanks! We've decided to tell close family for now and maybe tell friends later in the pregnancy as it's still early days.

Final amnio results came back all clear!
Bring on the morph scan at 20 weeks!! (another 2ww!!)

At 18 weeks, I'm still getting nausea. I had the burst blood vessel above my eye and one went in my other eye. I still have the fatigue, get the af style cramps and lower back pain, I'm highly emotional and struggle to eat enough.
But, I'm nearly half way and starting to get a little exited!!

So, any guesses on the sex of my bump girls?

    Good news Marzi!
I found the 20 week scan to be awesome - after this I just felt so much more reassured, that and feeling him moving around has made all the difference, I am excited for you.
    My guess .... hmmmm ... a girl?

I had a party for my 40th last night - a great opportunity to show off my 25 week bump
I have put a pic in my profile album if anyone wants a peek

Hi girls, just a quick "me" post to let you know that I've been in hospital for the past 5 days and will be here until bubs is born. I have early onset pre-eclampsia and because it has been undiagnosed for about 3 weeks it has caused damage to bubs blood supply. Thy have stabilised me but I'm on bed rest. Bub and I are being closely monitored every 4 hours day & night and they are hoping we will keep bubs in for another 2 weeks since I'm only 24w2d, but they are taking it day by day with lots of tests and scans. It is extremely scary and there have been lots of tears but I'm trying to stay positive for bubs sake. Twice I've been warned we were going to deliver but then results have gone up and we've had a reprieve thank goodness, just really want bub to cook for as long as possible and get a bit bigger. I'll try to update more tomorrow if I can xx

Lilybaby--- that your pre-eclampsia settles down and baby stays in as long as possible. Will be thinking of you.

    cjm---All the best for amnio.

    Marzi---Good news. Hmmm... I think it's a boy.

everyone. How are things going and what's everyone up to?

AFM---31 weeks going on 32. Getting very close now. I'm feeling very big and cumbersome. Am glad I'll be finishing work in 3 weeks. We've swapped rooms around, painted the nursery, DH has put together the cot and change table and I've just set up the guest room this morning for my mum.

AFM, I'm 20 weeks today. The stress of IVF has never left me. I still check for blood every time I'm on the loo. Is very hard for me to relax.
    We are expecting a BOY
At my morph scan, my cervix is a bit short so I have another scan at 24 & 28 weeks to check this.
Otherwise turtle as I call him, is perfect! He moves a bit now which feels like a scean straight out of aliens!! And my brain often forgets everything!

Starfish, thanks for popping in, I can't wait till I get the news that you are expecting and join us here!
i think of you often and hope your hanging in there.
    love, hugs and xx
