    Default Private Health Insurance -Tips or Recommendations?

    We are considering getting private health insurance, but want to research well beforehand and I'm not sure where to even start really!!

    Any tips, recommendations, what to look for??

    If you don't think you'll be in hosp frequently the hosp cover with excess helps keep premiums a bit cheaper. Ours is $300 per visit capped at $1k per year for the whole family

    This is a great resource from the government that helps you to compare different private health insurances, including cost etc

    Better than iselect that only had a few to compare.
