    That high fiber tip top loaf is white as can be, but full of whole grains, no?

    I don't know I only but bread with whole seeds. Eg. 4 seed wholemeal more seed then bread, bread
    Refined basically means bleached the sh!t out of to make it so clean it has no nutritional value what so ever.

    Wholemeal flour does not have the bran and germ stripped from it ( this is where all the nutrients is) white flour has been stripped, then bleached so it's extra nasty!
