I'm starting homeschooling with my 2 yo DD in term one. We will be doing a couple of hours three days a week with a library morning on Thursdays. This term we are learning about bodies, feelings and families. I have nearly finished my planning for term one just need a few more materials and activities.

I will be also planning term two in advance since the baby is due April/May and I want everything planned before then. Term two will be Community. How our community works. So: different places eg the shops, the doctors, etc. Where people fit in in the community.

We will be basing school on EPIC (Explore, Ponder, Investigate, Celebrate) as described by educationathome.net.au and we are using the planner from that website. It's a great tool, makes planning so easy!

Very excited about starting as DD needs constant stimulation. I am hoping she will enjoy it too!
