    Default girls cant play soccer!

    Yesterday I met up with a mum I used to know quite well.

    we were talking about our kids and I told her Dd quit ballet for Soccer.

    She said her girl really wanted to play but she told her;

    you cant play as then the boys will be upset. they want to be able to kick and pass without a girl on the pitch. they play for real and girls play as a joke!

    i almost spat my coffee all over her but didnt want to have an argument so just said..
    dd is awesome at soccer and we have to go.

    it made me to think of her poor DD!!
    what do you think?
