Maybe when I'm older - of it's absolutely necessary or if I begin to really hate how I look.

For now I look at my post-baby body and think - yep my body has served its purpose, I've produced the most amazing child.

However I would get that thing done to my face where it evens out the akin tone/pigmentation and I would get dental cosmetic surgery

As I am nearing 30 this year it has been on my mind. I would like a boob job and lipo on my stomach. I have that sort of apron/flap from having a c-section!

Also I have been watching nip/tuck lol i want those plastic surgeons to do it ;-)

I am getting a tummy tuck after I have DD, maybe a breast lift as well. After 3 pregnancys, things aren't as tight as I want them and my DH has offered to pay for it for me

Definitely. I have an 'apron' from being so overweight for so long, and I'd LOVE to get rid of it. It makes me feel very self-conscious when I should be much happier with the way I look now compared to the way I did in the past.

For now I'm not worried about my boobs. They aren't great, but *shrug* they're nowhere NEAR as awful as they looked when I was overweight! I hated that my nipples used to point straight down because of the excess weight dragging them downwards. Now at least they point out! Lmao.

I haven't read all the replies but yes I would and yes I have. I had breast augmentation a few years ago and am extremely happy with them. My reasons for doing so where that I wanted bigger breasts (duh). I also tried restylane in my lips a couple of times a couple of years ago and quite liked it. That isn't permanent though and wears off after a few months.

I plan on having more things done in the future, as and when I see fit.

Yep if I had the money I would get breast implants and lift. Lipo and tummy tuck. The only thing that stops me getting my breasts done is that they need to be redown every 10years. I could come up with the money for one but not 5 (approx) times.

YES - if I could afford it I would get me some boobs, I have always HATED that I am a bigger gal and I have NO chest what so ever > no tops/ dresses ever fit
BUT after watching Nip Tuck I think that I would have to think about it for a while and seek a few plastic surgeon options!

If my surgeon had been like Christian from Nip/Tuck, I would be like Joanne Rivers after going in every week to see him. Damn he's a sexy beast!

I would for sure! Most of my friends have had one or more procedures.
However I can't stop thinking it would just be my luck that something go wrong.... I'd hate for my kids to lose their mum because I wanted nicer boobs...
I'd get botox, an eye lift, my double chin "trimmed"! definately a boob job, mine are bluddy awful. I'd also get all my moles removed.
I'm in the process of getting laser hair removal, that's all I'm brave enough for at the moment!
