    - avocado and cheese sandwich, yum!
Omg these are great thanks ElectricPink

Avocado, Spinach leaves, haloumi, oven semi dried tomatoes, mushrooms, snow peas, mango, capsicum, lemon juice and chillies to taste

(prawns, chicken and/or glass noodles also go well with this salad).

For those who like to keep it raw and healthy we use avo, agave or dates, raw cacoa and vanilla it's so yummy when ur on a strict diet and can't have usually sweet things like pastries etc...

I put my Avos in smoothies, on wraps, nori, guacamole, just pureed and as a dip, on fish... I have at least 10 to go through this week! Don't think it will last, buttery and organic tastes so much better! Cheap from the farmers woot!

Can you do a raw blog or thread or something? I am interested (now that I've established you weren't taking the p**s)! The only raw diet stuff I kind of now about is where one eats fruit and veg only, no lentils, uncooked grains nothing. A friend is a chef at a vegan cafe and gave me some recipes for non-cooked grain crackers etc - they are awesome.

    Look up rawfoodrecipes.com

It's my goto site. My raw only consits of raw dips, smoothies, cheescakes, ice cream, sauces, brownies, bliss balls, muesli, salads, nut milk etc a few things I don't need to dehydrate as I'm currently researching a dehydrator.

    - top with half a king prawn that has been lightly tossed in a smidge of olive oil and lime juice and finely chopped coriander

I usually get about 20-24 toasts out of 1 bread stick so you just need to buy 12 king prawns to halve, it's great to take to party's as you can prepare all 3 things at home and assemble them when you get there
    Thank you Elijahs mum
Sounds delish! Bring on the oz day parties! I know what I'm bringing
