Wollongong Mums expecting in 2012

Hi

Mums and Mums to be,

Thought I'd start up this chat to see if there are other mums in the Wollongong area that are expecting in 2012. I'm due in August. This is my 2nd baby. My first is now 15 years old. i also raise 3 step children aged 14, 10 and 8.

Would love to hear from some locals.

Hey I'm Kim. I have been married for 3 years and we have a 14 month old named Lachlan.

I am due 18th september (TBC) and have a dating scan on the 8th Feb

Hi Kim, glad u had success as you said earlier in another post you were hoping u were pregnant! Congratulations. I also got married 3 years ago!!! What date for u? We were 16th Nov 2008. You live in the cordeaux heights area right? I'm in west Wollongong. Looking forward to getting to know you.

DH and I were married 2nd august 2008.

I'm so expecting my bubs to arrive on the 2nd august! It's a Thursday this year and I just have a gut feeling about it!! Funny if it happens.

I'd love to live in cordeaux heights, I'm always looking at rental
Properties there. We need at least a 5brm house though and they don't come cheap...

No they don't. We live in a 3 bedroom townhouse and when we decide to have another bub after this one we will need to find another place as this house will be too small.

Are you going private or public?

I've booked in with dr greening to go private just incase I have a high risk pregnancy. I'm 36 (today), had pre eclampsia last time, and my gut tells me twins, so thought it would be wise to go private. If I find out at my scan it's just one bubba (scan tmrw) I might re think whether I go private or public... What do u think? What r u doing??

Happy birthday!!!

I am going private under Dr Davis as I am classed as high risk due 2 blood conditions. I went through the private system when I had my son and was really happy.

I work at Wollongong so I didn't want everyone to know I was having the baby here as they would all want to watch lol

Hi! I am another Wollongong mum to be :-) I am 25 wks with my first bub, due in July! Wonder if there are any more Wollongong mums to be on here, would be great to have a group of local mums to chat too :-)
