Thanks ladies! Those are the exact sort of stories I was looking for! Now I just have to hope that it happens to me that easily

It makes me feel better that you still got a BFP first go even with PCOS. I have it aswell and keep worrying that I will get OHSS.

I will be starting accupuncture aswell. I will go once before EPU and once after ET (gotta save the $$$ hehe).

I hate myself for hoping that it will work first go because I know there is a great possibility that it won't.

We also got our BFP on our first attempt. I obviously hoped we would as everyone in that situation does but didn't think we could be that lucky. We were . Unexplained infertility for us.

Two of our close friends had just undergone their first IVF cycles too and now both have gorgeous baby girls. One of those ladies had PCOS.

    Good luck

Hi All, thought I'd post. I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant from our first stimulated cycle using a blastocyst embryo. I have PCOS and my husband has poor sperm morphology. I'd completed 3 OI cycles prior to IVF which I didn't get good results from. I ended up with17 eggs from the first IVF (with ICSI) cycle, 13 fertilised, 1 transferred and 3 frozen blastocysts. I didn't do acupuncture but if it didn't work first time I was going to try it for the second round. Good luck ladies

Although I have PCOS, we are still under the 'unexplained' category as my PCOS is mild and everything has seemed to be working as it should for the past few months. DH also has no problems and GREAT numbers (usually around the 160 mil mark) Will be interesting to see just how many of them are good enough after they are washed lol.

Congrats to those that got their bundle on the first attempt!!!

I started jabbing today but still have mixed emotions. The times that I feel positive, I also feel as though I am jinxing myself, so I go back to being negative.

I guess I will just have to wait and see...
