    I am going in for my D/C tomorrow after finding heartbeat stopped at 12 week scan... Missed miscarriage...
    It has been really good to be able to read this thread... So I thank you all for sharing your stories as it has helped me prepare for tomorrow.

    Rocky, I am so sorry you and Picklepink have been through this - it is so awful. If there is one thing I thought I might mention is that the hormone 'crash' can be quite severe - while I was fine the day after the procedure, I had sore boobs, cramping and was very emotional up until a week later, when I started to feel a bit more like myself again. Its really important I think to be gentle with yourself during the week or so after the procedure and to rest all you can.
