    Default Lack of sleep

I am really struggling to sleep I am 24 weeks and on bed rest... Have been for the past five weeks what I am finding now is I can't sleep I am awake until around midnight and wake up about 5.15am... I really need more sleep but just can't seem to get it

Does anyone have any suggestions they can think of??

Sleep can be really hard when you're on bed rest (I've been on bed rest off and on too).

I try to keep my body knowing when it's day and when it's night by opening all the blinds first thing in the morning and getting lots of light in my eyes, and not exposing myself to too much light in the late evening. But don't really have any other ideas - I had to resort to meds!
