Were paying $450 in a 4 bedroom, 3 level house with too many lounges... Now paying $385 for a 3 bedroom freestanding house in a gated complex.

Income is between 1k and 1.5k a week inc. FTB.

I think its about $300 a week mortgage on a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house, which is south of Perth, Rockingham area.

DH earns between $1200 and $2000 a week, depending on overtime and whether he is on site or at college etc.

    $160 a week.

For a three bedroom house with inbuilt wardrobes, two bathrooms with showers and seperate toilets, two loungerooms, laundry room, a sunroom with wooden floorboards, very large backyard and undercover area.
Fully fenced with a lockable gate and a porch.
It's a 60 year old house so the bedrooms are larger than most people's loungerooms and the wood panelling and floorboards everywhere is lovely.

15 mins walk to the school and shops, five minute's walk to the train station and bank. Right opposite a private school that has a massive playground and oval so we can go play over there.
Very pet friendly, we can have whatever we want as long as it causes no damage {or damage that we pay to fix} to the property and isn't a danger to the neighbours.
