    weekly mortgage costs $1300 (we get $730 back in rent), single net salary of $2000 a week

    I'm jealous of incomes too ladies!

    But, just on the idea of subletting... Don't do it unless your landlord is completely across it and there is paperwork to protect you all. It's just not worth the risk otherwise.

    We pay $500 week rent

    And $340 week mortgage repayments on a house we own but we relocated and it's not rented yet!

    So we pay $840 per week for rent and mortgage!!! :O

    We pay $330 a week rent southern gold coast. For a small 3 bedroom 1 bathroom town house with tiny paved courtyard.
    Weekly income from dp's pay after tax and our centrelink is $800.
    Would love to be living off some if these other high incomes

    $250 rent 3brm brick home one bathroom 2nd loo separate garage med fenced yard.

    Would love another bedroom but anything half decent here would but my rent up by $100-$150 per week which I can't justify.

    Single parent working incom varies greatly $700-$1100

    I want to put an ensuite in eventually, but not sure how with my house. A loo and basin would do but I really can't see how it would work.

    Wow that doesn't leave you with much left after rent. How do you manage? Not trying to be rude I'm just really interested as we have just fine to one wage and it's a bit scary.
