    Default Late night snacking

    Ok .. so 2012 .. I'm trying to replicate 2010 and lose 15kgs .. (I accidently found them in 2011 .. sigh)

sooo my weakness is late night snacking ..

    HELP ME ..

what healthy but TASTY stuff do you snack on??

atm - I'm content with rice crackers (sooo much better for you than chips .. lol) but I'm sure the novelty will wear off...

    help??!

Nuts, raw walnuts or almonds but only a handful! Boiled egg
Or carrot sticks and a little bit of home made tzatiki ( Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon and cucumber) don't eat carbs late at night !!!!!

Have you ever tried roasted chickpeas?

You can buy them in the supermarket in the health food aisle (roughly $5 a packet) OR you can make your own. I bake mine with garlic salt and they are so delicious. I'm obsessed with eating chips, and these are just as yummy IMO. I eat them because they taste good, but apparently they have a low fat content too

    Otherwise carrot/celery sticks and hommus!

    Veggies with hommus
    Crackers with cottage cheese
    Almonds
Yoghurt - those apple pie/sticky date/ cheese cake flavours are really yummy and "like" a dessert.

Or just fill up on water an just tell yourself you will regret it in the morning.

i got a sunbeam avalanche thingy that crushes ice in a couple of seconds into small ice chips.

so after dinner i have a big cup of ice with a tiny bit of juice poured on for flavour. its replacing ice cream for me.
