    Default Brown blood/discharge 34 weeks

Ive had on and off bleeding since 26.5 weeks, but it stopped at about 29wks an after a growth scan (check baby, placenta and cord), vaginal swab and urine test there was no sign of anything wrong, OB did an internal and everything looked healthy down there... they dont know where the bleeding is from.
Two days ago I had brown bleeding again i thought maybe its my pee hole cause it showed p on my panty liner higher than where the vagina opening is, so i went in to labour ward did a urine test, no blood found.
They did a swab and no blood again! OMG! Nothing when i pee, but my liner always has a dark brown discharge sometimes it's red.

What could it be?! Baby is head down already but not engaged...

    Has anyone gone through this?

OB and midwives tell me not to worry as its not doing harm to the growth of the baby but its mentally not helping me cause idk where it's coming from!!!
