Fp that sux they cant bring it forward at all?

    Hai shackles!!! Hope your well

Afm: had my scan. Much to my delight (not) the scanner lady told me they do an internal scan too.. DP was uncomfortable but still hung around. They confirmed PCOS, I have 1 good ovary and uterus looks healthy despite everything else

They were really nice there. Now wait to see my FS on the 31st and see what's happening. Also confirmed I didn't O last month too.

Better to have some info than nothing.

    Default New here

    Hi all,

I have been reading all of your stories and thought I might share mine as I go through this challenging journey.

My BF and I are both 25 and have been together 5 years. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 18, suspected from very irregular periods (more than 6 months between). This was confirmed with scans and bloods. I went straight onto metformin, which gave me AF regularly at first, but then stopped working. Was then put on the pill to give me regular cycles and told I would have trouble ttc. We decided to start ttc this year and went to see my FS before starting anything. He put me on clomid straight away and bloods at CD21. Each month no success in Oing, so increase dose of clomid. After 3 months and no O or AF, had ovarian drilling done 2weeks ago. Straight back on highest dosage clomid and fx O happens this time. Will see in a couple of weeks.

    Good luck to everyone ttc!

Welcome Sparky. I had ovarian drilling done a couple of months ago and it definetely kick started my ovaries. I'm surprised that your doc didn't lower the dose at all. you taking 150mg per day from day 2- 6?

AFM: They could've fitted me in at 2pm tomorrow but I have to work so 9am on Friday was the only other time available.

I was surprised a little too, but yeah I took 150mg per day on days 1-5 (don't really have a cycle though). If it works, I should O in about a week. He has had great success with others with this treatment so I'm hopeful it works for me too.
