Oh sorry to hear FP. I have my fingers crossed for you.

KatieMay good luck on the metformin! Are you having many side effects? I hope not! The metformin helped me, but I am still only ovulating 'most' cycles, not all. I got a referral this month to a FS but can't get in until may.

Which is fine now, hopefully, because I got a BFP on Saturday

I have tested yesterday and today too and the line isn't getting any darker. AF is still not due until tomorrow or Wednesday though. Being a public holiday I can't get bloods done today, but hopefully tomorrow or Wednesday

Yay congrats Cotton Candy. FX for a sticky bean.

AFM: I took provera yesterday but then I started spotting so I thought AF might coming on her own so I didn't take any today in the hope that she would arrive. I'm feeling cramping but still only spotting.

I've never had this happen to me before. It's so frustrating and I hate my body. I just wish that it would work normally. Don't know whether to take the provera today or not. I think I'll wait and see what happens tomorrow.

Thanks ladies on your congrats. I had just resigned myself to fertility treatment (other than the metformin I'm already on) so it has really cheered me up!

Oh FP you poor love. I hope she arrives soon (or a BFP!) so you can get your next cycle underway!

Just a quick question... So I'm desperate to start my first round of
Clomid... We were putting it off until our trip to africa (because of many reasons) but i have always thought it would be awesome to conceive there (my dh is sth african). My problem is that from my calculations, i would have started provera today and timing should have been perfect... But i actually had a 30 day cycle after my last lot of provera (after an 80 day cycle) and am now on cd15. I have no signs of o - so my question is - is it stupid of me to take provera now? I dont want to get to april, to find out that af is still not coming and regret not taking the provera earlier. I know its stupid to put so much pressure on this trip and timing, but i just cant get it out of my head. I should just wait and see shouldnt i? My body just cant be trusted though!!!

Am i stupid for even considering it?

Sorry for the rant - lack if sleep and this whole ttc thing is making me mental!!
