    Default Scared! please help

My first preg was text book case had nothing wrong besides morning sickness. Now im 5 weeks preg and woke up yesterday morn with blood in my urine, the bleeding started to get heavier and pains started through the day so off to the hosp me and my partner went. After 4 hrs we were told to go home and let it (miscarriage) happen. Im due to get a blood test tomorrow 48hrs after the first one to check my hormone levels and the rest... Has anyone ever gone through this and just how long does this take??? the pain is getting worse like the start of labour pains but the bleeding remains like a medium period. please help. They also told me about implantation bleed but my boobs have stopped hurting and were so sore the past few weeks so im guessing its the worse??? has anyone had an implantation bleed does it hurt????

you poor thing, it sounds quite painful!

I had very slight implantation bleeding at 3w 6d and it was like brown cm. I didn't have any pain besides what felt like slight period cramps.

I hope that everything works out for you.

If the pain gets worse, go back to the ED.

Implantation bleeding is supposed to be a little bit of bright red or a bit of pink spotting and it does not realy hurt, although dull aches are common in early pregnancy.

I dont think we can give you the answers you want but i can tell you about my miscarriage if you want, i know what its like to want info and to be waiting and stressing. I have my fingers crossed for you that everything is fine.

My miscarriages started out with a loss of symptoms, my boobs were not sore any more and i was not being sick anymore then i got bad cramps and bleeding. At first it was just a little but latter that day got heavy and the next day i passed tissue, i wont tell you what it looked like cause its too gross. The bleeding continued like a heavier period for about 5 days, the cramps eased after the tissue passed.

I think i knew deep down things were not right, even though i hoped to the last.

Again every one is different and you wont really know anything till the test comes back, fingers crossed for you.

Sezy - So sorry to read of your experience. My miscarriage I had a little bit of pain and then a scan showed no foetal heart rate, so I ended up having a D&C. I would return to the hospital and ask to be reviewed by an O&G Reg.

If you are in a major city, it may be best for you to attend one of the obstetric hospitals. They often have an early pregnancy clinic.

I truly hope things work out for you it is such a frightening experience. I myself am 5w4days and have been packing it because my boobs have not been sore for the past 2 days.

    for you

So we did end up loosing the baby after the longest 3 days of my life through tests etc.... I was amazed at how much i felt like a sitting duck just wondering what was going on and what my body was doing. The doctors telling me we need to wait 48 HOURS to do another test and see if the level were droppin, I was so frustrated with it all emotions were running crazy lucky i had my partner who is my rock and my gorgeous little 2yr old girl to distract me through the most of it.
