3rd baby - please tell me I could be early!

I am due with baby #3 on the 24th Jan (2weeks tomorrow). I was 2 days late with DS and 4 days late with DD. do u think there is any chance of being early this time?? Had heaps of tightenings, sore boobs on and off, baby is as low as.
I'm just too sore and way over this heat so would love to hear that there is hope that I may be early

im 3 days over at the moment with #3, DD1 was 12 days over, DD2 was 5 days over ( waters broke 3 days over) so i think it will come when it wants, not what you want to hear, im in the same boat as you, sore boobs, loosing plug, baby dropped, getting pains and tightening but nothing else developing =((

No good news here, I was 40+3 with my first two and 41+5 with my third, all came in their own time...sorry!

Yep... unfortunately my 3rd was my longest gestation, 42 weeks

Sorry... DD was 40+6, DS 39+6 and number three is currently 40+ 5.

Like you I was hoping to go earlier, all the signs there but still waiting!

And yes OP it's hot hot hot!

I was so sure I would go early with my third...but no, sorry!

DD1 - 10 days over
DD2 - 5 days early
DD3 - 9 days over

On the positive side, while it took a while for labour to become established (lots of stopping and starting which my midwife said is common with the 3rd) my actual labour was much quicker than the first 2.
