Default What's your favourite workout music *Spin Off*

Seems like there are a couple of us interested in doing the couch to 5K program so I thought I'd see what everyone likes to run/work out to.

I change it up all the time, but there are a couple of artists/songs that always have space in my playlist

Gwen Stefani - mostly stuff from love angel music baby
Pink - get the party started, Raise Your Glass
Mika - Big Girls (daggy, I know)
Daft Punk - Harder, better, faster
    Vampire Weekend
    Owl City

What gets you going when you are sweating it up?

I have pretty much everything on my play list..From Beatles and Pink floyd to Brittney Spears and David Guetta. The new Ministry of Sound Running Trax is awesome, I downloaded it last week and it's been on repeat since.

I have a "Stuff to move to" playlist. My favourites:

Swing, Baby Swing - The DNC
Green Day, Linkin Park and Offspring
    Robyn
    Bob Marley
    Alanis Morrissette
    Black Eyed Peas
Lots of 80s stuff - like Jessie's Girl, Walking on Sunshine etc.

When I look at this playlist - it's all DPs influence!
