    Either 1st thing in the morning, before DD has woken up (and Really, before ive totally woken up/had breakfast)

    Or lunchtime while she's napping.

    1pm at the lastest.

    I'm bugged by 3pm and can't do anything then then necessities let alone work out.

    I used to do mornings-it was a good start to the day and I wouldn't make excuses.

    Since having 2 kids, I kind of have to do afternoons as in the AM I have to BF and get the kids ready before work. I try to go around 4/4.30 when DH gets home from work but before witching hour is in full swing (I often make dinner for the kids before I go so DH just has to feed it to them).

    I read an interesting arcticle that claims working out withing the first 6hours of waking up will not give you the best workout out as you will lack proper nutrition and energy, but anything after 12hours of being awake is also bad as your body is starting to fatigue and winding down for sleep.
    But then other articiles claim 4pm is around the best time to exercise as it's when your body temperature (for the majority) is at it's highest and apparently your strength and endurance are meant to b at their peak aswell with less chance of injury.

    With all that said, the majority of my exercise is done during the morning, it kick starts my day, and helps me keep on track with my diet. I am less likely to binge or put bad food into my mouth if I have had an amazing workout.
