    Default For those that workout/go gym etc...

    What time do you do it. Morning/lunch/night?

    What time do you feel you are at your peek? And perform better in your work out?

    Depends on the day.

    Some days I just work out in the morning.

    Other days I just work out in the afternoon or night.

    Other days I work out morning, noon then night. Generally I seem to do my best work outs in the afternoons.

    I go in the evenings.
    DF says its better to go in the morning before you eat, don't know why?..but its impossible for me to do that anyway.

    I prefer late afternoon/evenings.

    However I have come around to the morning as it gives you a positive start to the day.

    I have a preference for mornings, but I don't mind afternoons.

    Mornings I am always rejuvenated and ready to get into it, whereas afternoons I can be tired/it is too hot/I think of a different excuse.

    I go in the mornings, the creche at my gym is only open in the mornings so i'm restricted to that. Even if the creche was open later, i find a workout in the morning kick starts the day for me.

    when I did go I prefered morning get it over with I was always too tired at the end of a Uni and work day

    I prefer mornings as it gets it out of the way and if I wriggle out of doing it then I force myself to go in the afternoon. Afternoon/evening if I don't bother going I think 'oh well, tomorrow' and it never happens.

    Plus, it gives me energy for the test of the day

    Thanks!!! I never knew that I am absolutely going to start working out in the morning before I have breakfast as well as in the afternoon or night now.

    Do you think working out first thing in the morning every morning will make me lose weight quicker?
