Yeah it was lovely! Just a small kindess and it meant a lot to me. Its made me think that maybe I just shouldnt be so grumpy all the time (particularly when I am out) and let people help when they reach out...and of course vice versa!

Aww i luff stories like this! My dp is great at seeing things like that... an example is one day we were driving and dp all of a sudden chucked a u-turn, i was like 'what the hell..?' Then he pulled up on the street next to an elderly man who was trying to pull his bin back up his driveway (steep!) and contend with a gate that wouldn't stay open. Dp got out and helped him and he was so grateful!

I love how such small gestures can make such bug differences in peoples day

    That's so nice.

I was at Coles today and there was a bit of a commotion going on but I couldn't figure out what it was. Eventually I worked out the people couldn't pay and were trying to work out what to put back. They served other people while this was going on (people didn't realise that was the problem, there was a new server on the register and everyone though they'd mucked up). Anyway the guy behind them paid for his groceries, went to the ATM and came back and gave them $40 to pay for their groceries. He was just a young guy with a really nice heart.

I was buying groceries the other day and feeling tired and nauseous, as usual, when an older lady looked at my seven-month pregnant belly and exclaimed "Well, don't you look lovely". Made my day
