    Default Congested bub

Does anyone have any advice on how I can keep my poor ds comfortable while he is so congested? Is there anything I can do of a night time to keep him comfortable? He hasn't been sick before and this is all new to me.

He is a formula fed baby (neocate) due to his many allergies. Does anyone use a humidifier or are they a waste of money

I've never used a humidifier but I do use a eucalyptus room spray and it works really well you could try taking him into a hot steamy bathroom or having a warm shower with him, I find this helps a lot.
