    Default Training pants? Help!

Ok I'm a complete newbie with cloth nappies/training pants etc. I'm wondering if you have to use flushable liners with your training pants. Also do you have to soak them like cloth nappies? Help!! Lastly, can anyone suggest some good economic brands to use. Many thanks

I didn't use liners when using training pants. We just bought the towelling training pants from Kmart. We just soaked them in nappy san when they were soiled.

Thanks for replying babydolls - I will buy some of the towelling training pants and see how we go.

Hi if you are looking to start toilet training then I would just buy regular undies, maybe in your little ones favorite character. I bought the towelling training pants and not only were they expensive but they did very little to stop an accident going through them plus they are pretty ugly You can get a 7 pack of undies starting from size 2 in KMART for $7 so if you purchased a few packs you would have plenty. I also never bothered with the disposable type training pants as they completley defeated the purpose as both of my kids just thought of them as fancy nappies.

I found all my girls treated training pants like nappies. (I kept them from DD1 just in case) Normal undies worked the best for us.
