    Default Strangest names?

One of my 'friends' {the people you saw every day but never really talked to} in school just posted a 'social networks site' status on how she's sick of everyone mispronouncing her kid's names.

After about 30 comments from various people after it, it was revealed that she has a girl called Lisbeth and a boy called Justyenne.

She's annoyed that people call her daughter Lisbeth {pronounced liz-beth} and not Elizabeth, apparently the 'E' is silent and 'everyone' should knows that.
Also, the boy should be called 'Justin' and not pronounced "just-eye-en", and she hates that people assume he's a she.

Most people sympathised with her, but all I could think was: What did you expect?

So what are the strangest names you've ever heard of?

Can I ask how is it a silent 'E' when it's not there. Like knife has a silent 'K'

Sorry but I would have a field day with that status. Pointing and laughing would be the first thing Id do.

Does she mean a silent E like you would say eLisbeth (pronouncing eL) like Xavier can be eXavier?
