    Default How annoying lol

How is it humanely possible that Jessica Alba has had her second baby only 4 months ago and not look like she has has ANY children at all?

How on earth did her stomach get so flat so quickly? Like no flab, no excess skin not even a little bit?? SO not fair!

She has said she starved herself and exercised like mad. She might look hot, but that's not healthy!

Because she was a stick insect before she even got pregnant.

DH reckons she is too skinny and I agree, nothing to grab onto there

Genetics, starving herself, exercising while the nanny watches the kids, eating special meals cooked for her etc etc.

Oh and she would also have a team of staff-personal trainer, dietician etc to help her lose the baby weight

I think if you look after yourself well before and during pregnancy, you can bounce back pretty quickly.

Unfortunately, I didn't look after myself well before and during my pregnancies... lol... so there's more 'jiggling' then bouncing here.

I wish that more women had 'help' to look after themselves.

And I don't mean hired help, I mean baby-daddys!! It is absolutely perfectly possible for Mums to have time to themselves for themselves from day dot if their partners value their welfare. It's not that hard to look after a baby for an hour, especially if they've just been fed.

(and they should have if Mum's going to exercise because you should always feed before exercising, not after)
