I recorded it and just watched it. Horrified at the smoking mum, it said she had cut down in the end but as she didn't go through with it I wondered how long that lasted.

Really good on Kayleigh, she seemed to really enjoy it and seemed genuinely motivated! God on her for only putting on a little weight, I need to get some tips from her! Lol!

The woman from next week, I really couldn't believe what she was saying about her smoking improving the babies heart! Will be an interesting watch next week!

I think the worst part of it for me was the excuses. "Oh, I like it" "It tastes good" "It didn't do any harm last time"

What possible excuse can you give for causing harm to your baby?

Even ignorance doesn't cut it for me. "Oh, I didn't know..."
Read anything on pregnancy and it tells you not to drink. Not to smoke. Not to do drugs. Doctors have been pushing pregnant women to stop smoking since the 70's.
She cannot make any excuse to profess ignorance about what is in cigarettes, nor what harm they do.

Have not watched this but I have a friend who sounds like she'd be a great candidate for this show. She makes me so mad.

I happened to flick to abc around 9pm & this was on. I feel really guilty about how little food I've been eating now. Eg today i had a piece of toast for brekky then some ritz crackers around 3pm and that's it.
