Red face Lost Orange Record Book

So... that orange book you get that documents your pregnancy? Yeah... I've lost it

It's been missing for a couple of weeks, since my last appointment. I can't help but think it fell out of the pram on the way home but anyway, that's not the point. The point is I've looked all over the place and it hasn't shown up.

I have my next appointment next week... at something o'clock.... it's written in that book

Has this happened to anyone before? I'm not sure if I should call the hospital or my GP (doing shared care) my GP gave me the book in the first place...

I don't suppose it's written in the book somewhere as to what you should do when you lose it?

    Thanks guys

It's says there is a photocopy held at the hospital (in the consent to carry section 5f) so give them a call.

Of course! I now remember waiting for ages for the midwife to photocopy everything. I was worried I'd lost everything

Thanks for your help guys... I was worried about getting into trouble for being careless... but they can't be too cranky if they have all the information anyway Thank you thank you!
