That sounds like a really tough situation, and I dont have any advice, but i hope it all turns out for the best for bubs.

Not sure what state you are in but in QLD mothers are usually able to continue BFing during 'contact' (visitation). However, if the nature of the abuse alleged is sexual then it may be different. I cannot see why EBM would not be allowed though. Who said she couldn't express for bub? Obviously it might be difficult logistically to fully EBM feed but maybe a couple of bottles a day could be transported to carers house and the rest formula...?
I hope things work out. Are u in a position to care for the baby as a Kinship carers?
