I'm toying with the idea of baking some mountain bread into chips and making nachos... but I want them to be quite filling, so I think I might use some mince, fresh tomato and kidney beans mixed with taco seasoning, and then of course cheese on top... still not sure though?!

Will have to watch and see what everyone else makes!

I going to season some chicken breast and some potato with season all, garlic and chicken stock powder (weird I know but my gosh it makes the yummiest chicken) and make it into a yummy warm chicken salad with ranch dressing.

This is what we had last night - but no mince just beans. And I combined an avadaco and natural yohgurt to go on top. It was sooooooooo yum.

Witwicky - I am trying to work out too. I have a pork backstrap to use up. Deciding between chinese bbq pork or some sort of stuffed thing with roast vegies.
