Tonight was leftovers from a leg of lamb I slow cooked yesterday.

Tues: tomato and garlic prawns with rice
    Wed: home-made pizza
    Thurs: creamy prawn fettucine
Fri: rack of lamb and veg

    Haven't done the weekend yet!
(oh and we were given 3kg of frozen prawns for Xmas, we don't usually have seafood twice in a week lol)

No not really, it's a thermomix recipe so it's pretty much throw in half an onion chop and sauté it, add the rest of the ingredients and leave it to cook for 20 minutes, pop it into the fridge to cool then tip into a pie dish and top with puffy pastry and bake it for 30 minutes.

I was only just looking for a thread like this on Saturday as I need inspiration.
These are the meals for this week:

    Chicken schnitzel with fried rice
Sweet and sour pork with rice
Roast chicken with roast potato, sweet potato, carrots and boiled peas
Jackpot - from the budget meals thread Is really nice

I kinda plan for them to be in some kind of order but usually they get mixed up for some reason or another. I try to make sure there is some leftovers for DH to take to work so sometimes swap them around to allow for this.

Do you have a list on the fridge for what days are what meals or do you decide on the day?
