Tonight was leftovers from a leg of lamb I slow cooked yesterday.
Tues: tomato and garlic prawns with rice
Wed: home-made pizza
Thurs: creamy prawn fettucine
Fri: rack of lamb and veg
Haven't done the weekend yet!
(oh and we were given 3kg of frozen prawns for Xmas, we don't usually have seafood twice in a week lol)
