Default Baby Jogger City Select capsule question

I am going research crazy and am pretty much decided on the BJCS as I will have two under 2.

On the website it says that the car seat adaptor can be used with Britax car seats. Does anyone know if this means all Safe N Sound, Steelcraft seats etc?

If it does I'm super excited as a sales lady told me only the maxi cosy was compatible.

Anyone have a BJCS and use anything other than a maxi cosy capsule in it?

You can use the safe n sound unity - you just buy a separate adaptor for it.

I would however recommend the maxi cost as it attaches to the pram a lot easier.

How do you find the width and control/movement? I have a Beena Q at the moment and have no trouble with that. I'm just worried about being able to get in & out of shops etc.

The maxi cosy is a smaller capsule than the unity so you might not get that much use out of it the unity goes up to 12 kgs the maxi only 9kgs.

I'm crashing this thread as considering using the capsule this time with my BJCS. So the safe and sound unity requires a separate car adaptor than the BJ car adaptor?

I have the bassinet attachment but thinking to not use it this time around and just do capsule then straight to seat. Thoughts?

Tasha - I haven't had any troubles getting it in and out of or around shops - it is a big pram though especially with both seats on. It's not as wide as the strider though. I think it maneuvers really well. I'm in love with it!

Bellie - I think you will find the capsule attachment a god send - I did especially as I have a toddler it really helped as DD was put on DSs schedule so it meant a lot of car trips as a newborn and in and out all the time so if she fell asleep in the car I could transfer her to the pram without waking her.

With the maxi cosi the adapters are just two brackets that clip in to where the seats would - with the unity you need like a stabilizer bar (this comes with the adaptor you buy in aus anyway)

I'm not sure if you can fold the pram with the unity adaptor - but you can with the mico.
