I got married last week (outdoor wedding) and walked down the aisle to Somewhere over the Rainbow by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole (I think that's how you spell it!)

I walked down the isle to kc & jojo - all my life (instrumental version)
We walked back up the isle to highway to hell ACDC
First dance was 'flying without wings' the Ruben Studdard version, not westlife!

We had a simple wedding and walked down the aisle together to Best Friend by Queen.

If we got married now I'd soooo be cheesy and dance down to Bruno Mars 'want to marry you.' Not very lovey dovey though!!

I walked down the aisle to Keith Urban's "your everything", our first walk back up the aisle as man and wife was to the Hawaiian version of "Somewhere over the rainbow" (the version played in 50 First Dates), our first dance was to Schuyler Fisk "On Your Arm" and our cake cutting song was "wanna grow old with you" from The Wedding Singer

ETA- the "Over the Rainbow" version we had was the one MJAI mentioned

    Me + He = DD1 (2007), DD2 (2010) & BellyBaby due August 2012
    Angel Baby 1 (July 2008) & Angel Baby 2 (October 2011)

Our first dance song was George Harrison's version of 'If Not For You'. We were also considering 'Watch Over Me' by Bernard Fanning, but we ended up going George because we are big Beatles fans and George is my favourite Beatle

I ended up with a more traditional bridal march, but I was for a while planning to walk down the aisle to 'Real Love' by the Beatles.

    Good luck choosing!!

^^^^ this- but the medley SOTR/wonderful world (from 50 first dates) and played accoustically by our music duo. Amazing.

(oh, and it was two years ago too- not last week )
