I had trumpet voluntary (you know the one the royals use) He was a trumpeter in the army.

We also had a special part of the ceremony 'All I ask of you Christine' except changed to my name, because as part of my proposal was seeing the phantom of the opera. It was my dream date. He flew me down to Melbourne from Nth Qld to see it. So it was extra special. It was personal to us...

Same here! We got married as a surprise in my parents backyard at our engagement party. This song worked for us. All the best with the wedding planning!

We're having "better together" by jack Johnson, or "I'm yours" by Jason Moraz (not sure how his surname is spelt).

If I was getting married, I'd walk down the aisle to Marry Me by Train. That might be considered cheesy though! I'd also have Angel by Casting Crowns.

I also like Annie's Song by John Denver and the feather theme music from Forrest Gump, I've been to weddings with those as the walking down the aisle music and loved both of them.

Forever by Ben Harper is a really nice song. That was the one we went with.

I wanted songbird for my wedding but my partner said it was too sad and sounded like a song that should be at a funeral, lol.

Here there and everywhere was another one I liked from Paul McCartney.
Inseparable by Natalie Cole is another good one.
    Unbelievable by Craig David

My wedding was an informal, garden wedding, and I walked down the aisle to "Watch over me", by Bernard Fanning. It's a beautiful song, with subjective lyrics.

Anyway, there have been some great suggestions so far

When we (eventually!!) get married I'll be walking down the isle to Two Steps Behind by Def Leppard and our first dance will be Watch Over Me by Bernard Fanning as this is 'our' song!!
